January 12, 2014: The Orbital Sciences Cygnus automated re-supply spacecraft successfully launched on its second flight to the International Space Station (ISS) on January 9, 2014, from Wallops, Virginia. After a nearly flawless rendezvous and final approach, the Cygnus was captured via robotic arm by the on-board ISS crew at 11:08 GMT on Sunday, January 12, 2014. Odyssey personnel supported from the Mission Control Complex at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX throughout the rendezvous, final approach, and capture. Cygnus will remain attached to ISS for just over a month, departing for destructive atmospheric re-entry on February 18, 2014. Congratulations to the entire Orbital team!
